Product Evaluations
Sometimes using a product is the best way to determine if it's really what you need. That's why Black Box offers 14-day evaluations. Most products may be ordered for a 14-day evaluation (excluding specially constructed or customised products, non-stock cable lengths, tools, testers, and software).
Call our Technical Support department to discuss your application. With the approval of a Technician, we'll deliver your product and put a notice on the invoice that the product is for your evaluation. Within 14-days of our delivery date to you, you can either pay the invoice or return the product freight pre-paid to our factory. If you decide to return it, call our Technical Support department for a return authorisation number. Evaluation units not returned within 14 days are subject to our restocking-fee policy. Our standard depot warranty applies to all evaluation units.
