Answer
There is no restocking fee for Black Box products returned in new condition (in the original package) within 30 days of the invoice date. Later returns and incomplete returns will incur a restocking fee. A Customer Service Representative will advise you of any applicable restocking fee.
Custom products, software and test equipment are returnable for repair or warranty replacement only. For the return policy on non-Black Box products, talk to a Customer Service Representative.
How do I return my product?
Answer
All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Talk to a Customer Service Representative to obtain an RA number. Some products may not be returnable for credit.
What do I do if I received the wrong product or a product is missing from my shipment?
Answer
All discrepancies in shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To report a discrepancy, talk to a Customer Service Representative.
What kind of warranties does Black Box offer?
Answer
All Black Box brand copper cables, manual switches, and remote bridge/routers as well as many other products are guaranteed for life! Most Black Box products have at least a one-year warranty. Many also have Fido Protection, which is FREE for the warranty term and covers accidental damage including water and surge damage.
Extending Fido Protection for an additional year costs just 10% of a product's current retail price. It's also available for previously purchased Black Box products. (Some products may not be eligible.) For details, talk to a Customer Service Representative.
Do you repair your products?
Answer
Yes. Our warranty commitment is backed by our guarantee to repair or replace Black Box brand warranty items. Even if your product warranty has expired, Black Box can extend the life of your equipment with fast and reliable repair service. We guarantee parts and labour on repairs for 90 days.
