Black Box Explains... Document Cameras vs. Overhead Projectors
Document cameras vs. overhead projectors.
A document camera is known by many different names. Depending on the manufacturer, document cameras also go by such names as visual presenters or visualizers.
Document cameras are distinguished from overhead projectors by their versatility. A document camera can show plain paper, transparencies, and three-dimensional objects, but an overhead projector can only show transparencies.
Also you can connect your document camera to a TV. Most newer TVs have video inputs. Just connect the document cameras video output to the TV, then set the TV to video.
