Once you’ve set up an account, you can visit your account anytime you need to view your profile and your order history. It’s easy to set up an account. Just go to your account and click on Create a new Black Box account.

Just go to your account and click on your profile to view and update your contact information. To update your billing address, you must talk to a Customer Service Representative.

If you have an account set up with Black Box Network Services and have established a credit line for your account, you can place orders on-line with Net 30 terms. Or you can pay by credit card.

Your credit card will be preauthorised when you place your order but won’t be charged until your order is shipped.
